HOW MUCH IS THE CULINARY CLASS?
$128 per pax. It takes min 2 people to start a class and max 4 participants in each class. Enjoy $10 off when you sign up with 3 friends!
HOW IS THE CULINARY EXPERIENCE LIKE?
It is a team-based effort to produce set meals for at least 2 and max 4 people. The ingredients are cleaned and portioned before start of class. Participants will cut the ingredients, cook, plate, learn properties of ingredients, useful cooking tips and most of all, have fun! You do not need to wash or clean anything else except own hands for hygiene. Each culinary class duration is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours depending on pace of participants.
CAN I CHANGE INGREDIENTS?
Main ingredients cannot be changed, example a fish dish will remain as fish. For other ingredients, we may or may not be able to change unless all the participants in the class are agreeable. If you are allergic to seafood, dairy ingredients or have specific dietary requirements, check with us and we will be able to advise if you can sign-up.
CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS TO SHARE THE FOOD?
You may bring an extra guest to share your portion of the food at no additional cost. He or she can come when the lesson is ending. Please contact us if you wish to conduct private cooking session and party for your guests so other arrangements can be made.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER DISHES TO LEARN?
Yes! We are working on new dishes and recipes of different cuisines and body constitutions based on Chinese Medicine principles. Please follow us to keep updated for new classes!
IS THIS COURSE SKILLSFUTURE CLAIMABLE?
Unfortunately, we are not listed on SkillsFuture for it to be claimable via SkillsFuture credit. We can however, issue you an official invoice so that you may be able to claim through your company flexible benefits.
